Golden Retreat Care offers tailored services for seniors and their loved ones, including:

• Support with residency evaluation and intake coordination
• Family guidance and decision-making assistance
• Ongoing communication and transition support

3. Service Engagement

Engagement begins once an appointment is confirmed in writing (email or phone) or after payment is received for a booked consultation. Initial inquiries are non-binding.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All fees are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include VAT where applicable.
• We accept payments via bank transfer or secure online payment systems.
• Payment is required prior to any billable service or formal report.

5. Cancellation Policy

• More than 48 hours in advance: No cancellation fee.
• 24–48 hours before the appointment: 50% of the fee applies.
• Less than 24 hours or missed appointment: Full fee charged.

6. Responsibilities of Clients

• Provide accurate information about health, care needs, and preferences.
• Inform us of any urgent health situations or support requirements.
• Ensure that legal representatives (if involved) are correctly documented.

7. Confidentiality

All personal data and family information are kept strictly confidential and handled in compliance with Swiss data protection laws and healthcare privacy guidelines. No information is shared without your consent.
